The Court of Justice contains Decrees that can be activated to grant different benefits to your town. Each Decrees costs Contentment points. These points are earned when your Residents are working or can be purchased with Diamonds.
Urgent Mobilization
This Decree makes your Residents work for 48 hours(Resident time). While increasing production, it drops each Resident's mood by 10 points. It has a cooldown time of eight hours(real time). 50,000 Contentment points to activate.
Rush Job
This Decree will give you five days(Resident time) worth of resources from all worksite automatically. This is a good one to use for a quick increase in resource supply. It has a cooldown time of one day(real time). 150,000 Contentment points to activate.
Comprehensive Care
This Decree immediately heals all sick Residents and has a cooldown time of four hours(real time). 150,000 Contentment points to activate.
Double Time
Increases new building construction and upgrades by 20%. There is a 5 minute(real time) window in which you must start your construction/upgrading to obtain the 20% bonus. This bonus dies not expire once the 5 minutes is up and will continue until your construction is complete. It has a cooldown time of 23 hours(real time). 800,000 Contentment points to activate.
Note: You must activate this Decree before starting your construction to obtain the bonus.
Productivity Day
This Decree increases productivity to 100% across all workstations for 24 hours(Resident time). It also decreases mood by 10 for all Resident. Cooldown time of 12 hours(real time). 50,000 Contentment points to activate.
Festivities
+50 to mood and +30 to comfort for one day(Resident time). Has a cooldown time of one day(real time). 50,000 Contentment points to activate.
Tip: Doubling up on Night Shifts and Productivity Day is a great way to quickly add resources to your supply. Just remember to pop Festivities after Night Shifts has ended to bring your Resident's mood and comfort back up.
