Each Gear equipped will increase your power along with adding troop Attack & Defense
Hood/Necklace: Increases your Cavalry Attack & Defense
Cloak/Breaches: Increase your Infantry Attack & Defense
Ring/Staff: Increase your Archer Attack & Defense
Keenness Charm: Increases Cavalry Health & Lethality
Protection Charm: Increases Infantry Health & Lethality
Vision Charm: Increases Archer Health & Lethality
Above the player icon, there is a triangle and hexagon. These icons indicate the bonuses for equipping three and six pieces of gear with the same quality. Owning 3 pieces of gear with the same quality will increase the Troop’s Defense by x% each, while owning 6 of the same quality will increase the Troop’s Attack by x%. The higher the quality of gear, the greater the bonus.
Upgrading the Governor gear requires 3 types of material:

After the Blue Governor Gear, it will require you to use Artisan’s Vision in order to be upgraded.
Governor Charms are apart of the Governor Gear which increases the Troop’s Health & Defense as you obtain and upgrade.
