Sanctuaries and Fortresses are special buildings located across the world map. When controlled by an alliance, they provide valuable rewards to all alliance members. These rewards help players grow stronger and better prepare for upcoming events
At the start of a kingdom, Sanctuaries and Fortresses are protected by a shield and cannot be attacked
Once the protection period ends, alliances can sign up and compete for control of these locations
During the battle phase, alliances fight to capture and hold these buildings. Multiple alliances may target the same Sanctuary or Fortress, which often leads to large battles as each alliance tries to secure control
Controlling these buildings provides several advantages:
Rewards for all alliance members
Stronger preparation for future events
Contribution to seasonal progress
Because of this, Sanctuaries and Fortresses are important objectives for alliances that want to stay competitive throughout the season

Alliance Leaders and R4 members are responsible for signing the alliance up for Sanctuary and Fortress battles
During each round, an alliance can manually sign up for 1 Sanctuary battle and 1 Fortress battle
When selecting a battle, the alliance must choose from available time slots
The final battle time will be determined based on the time period chosen by the majority of participating alliances
Once the battle phase begins, registered players can send troops to capture and garrison the target building
Players must already be members of the alliance before battle day to participate
Leaving and joining another alliance on the same day will prevent participation in the battle for the new alliance

⚠ Important:
If your alliance won a Sanctuary or Fortress in the previous round, the alliance will be automatically signed up to defend it in the next round.
This automatic sign-up does not count toward the normal sign-up limit, meaning the alliance can still manually register for 1 additional Sanctuary and 1 additional Fortress battle
During the battle phase, alliances fight to gain control of a Sanctuary or Fortress
To gain full control, an alliance must hold the building continuously for 30 minutes during the battle phase
If no alliance manages to hold it for the full duration, control is awarded to the alliance occupying the building when the battle ends
Players can unlock the Sanctuary Teleport through Alliance Technology
This teleport allows members to move their Town close to the targeted Sanctuary or Fortress
It can be used 10 minutes before the battle begins or during the battle

Sanctuary and Fortress battles are part of the seasonal progression system.
Each season is divided into multiple phases
Alliances earn season points by controlling Sanctuaries and Fortresses during these phases
Controlling a Sanctuary grants 1 season point
Controlling a Fortress grants 2 season points
These points contribute to the alliance’s overall seasonal ranking

When an alliance defeats Cesare’s Rebels and successfully completes a Sanctuary or Fortress battle, several types of rewards become available
Rewards are distributed based on participation in the battle
Additional rewards depend on alliance control of the building
Participation Rewards are given to players who actively participate in the battle and help defeat the Rebels.

Season rankings are determined by the total season points earned by an alliance.
Alliances gain season points by controlling Sanctuaries and Fortresses throughout the season phases
The more points an alliance collects, the higher it ranks on the seasonal leaderboard
At the end of the season, alliance members receive season rewards based on their alliance’s final ranking

The rewards obtained from Sanctuaries change depending on the season phase and the specific Sanctuary controlled

Rally & Garrison
Rally Attack:
Always invite members with high-tier troops first
If you can’t take the Sanctuary/Fortress in one rally, stagger rallies 10–15 seconds apart. The first rally weakens enemy troops, and the second can secure the capture.
Use buffs if the fight is tough.
Rally leaders should bring their 3 strongest heroes, while joiners bring heroes that increase rally damage
Let your strongest player lead the first capture rally. Their larger capacity allows more members to join and earn participation and capture rewards
Garrison Defense:
Prioritize infantry and cavalry; avoid putting archers inside garrison
Use a defensive hero to boost hold time
Reward Allocation:
Always allocate rewards to members who actively participated and contributed first
